That’s right, the LET’S MAKE SUNDAY A DAY OF LOVE day. So if you’re new to this, come join the group. If you’ve been participating every Sunday, YAHOO, keep it up. Spread the joy, send ripples of loving kindness wherever you can, let the love in your heart help gently heal our world. Though love is everywhere and a part of the fabric of everything, on the outer it’s been a week of sadness, sorrow and devastation for far too many.

So don’t hold back. Open your heart and let the love flow. Remember, this is unconditional love – compassionate – caring – a kind hand on a sobbing shoulder. This love asks nothing in return. It just is. Why? Because that’s who we truly are.

SO GO BE WHO YOU TRULY ARE. GO BE THE LOVE.

TOMORROW IS SUNDAY …

So go ahead and make it a day of love. Cast a gaze around you and celebrate the beauty. Dip your feet into the well of loving kindness and then share some with those nearby. Be joyous. Be happy. Be compassionate. And because you can, because it’s in you right here right now – take it a notch higher and go forth and be a never-ending waterfall of love.

And when the day is done and you think on all the blessed moments, breathe deeply from that magical air that’s been created, be super daring, and choose to make Monday a day of love too.

Remember – YOU MATTER – so be sure to love yourself as well.

Imagine how beautiful this world will be when every day is a day of love.

For those of you who are joining us, let’s make this a radiant Day of Love. Be that shining light. Let love pour through every part of your being and share it softly, like a gentle breeze of kindness and compassion, wherever you may go today, wherever you may be.

And remember, the planet is nourished and healed through love as well, as is all of nature. There are lots of fires, floods, and storms out there right now. A gentle healing kiss of love in their direction would not go amiss.

We are all together in this worldly journey so let’s help love be the guiding light. And don’t forget, put yourself in that circle of love as well.

Sadly, each week it seems our world is in even greater need of healing. And each week, because of that, everyone becomes more vulnerable. Nothing helps more than love – unconditional, kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. Such qualities exist within us all, and sharing them brings out the best in each of us.

Though it may appear that it is a time to be fearful. Really it is a time to be courageous, to open our hearts, and dare to be the loving kindness we all truly are.

Yes, it’s true – tomorrow is Sunday.

So I am here once again to remind you of WILL YOU JOIN ME?, the page I posted a couple of weeks ago that began the call to come together to Make Sunday a Day of Love (you can find the page heading above this posting in the headings area).

As some of you may know by now, it is a call to come home to love – to bring love, unconditional and timeless, into all aspects of our lives – for ourselves, for each other, and for the world.We begin with one day – Sunday. But ultimately it is there to assist us in infusing every day with love; to get used to the idea, the feeling, its resonance within, and then, make it so.

Obviously, the world has gotten a little crazier and pain-filled since last weekend, so our love, kind and compassionate, is needed more than ever. There are a lot of vulnerable people out there right now who could use feeling a little healing love. So let’s join together and Make this Sunday a Day of Love – and when we do, when we create that healing circle within the day of love, let’s be sure we send some of that love, like a gentle gentle wave, into our very fragile world, that those in need may feel, even from distance, that they are not alone, and yes, that they are loved

The rushing waves…

Another shock wave ripples through our world.

Whether you agree with the recent decisions in the UK or not, find them right, wrong, or are indifferent, the bottom line is change is afoot. And though change can ultimately be good, it also often carries with it a rushing wave of insecurity, vulnerability, and a touch of the OMG factor.

We’re all connected, right, we know that now, and God knows we’ve had a lot of rushing waves lately, which means that, generally speaking, our balance factor isn’t exactly on center point – SO – beautiful people that you are (and you are!) – now is the time to amp up that glorious light of yours, hold that vision of balance, open up the heart a little more, and let the boundless love that’s in it cascade like a gentle waterfall of kindness and compassion into our world.

It is needed, now more than ever. Which means, of course, so are you.

Smile at the grumpy grocery clerk, shake hands with a stranger and mean it, give the person dear to you a hug. Reach out and share your kindness with others. It makes a difference. These are soft ripples in the pond we’re creating here, not tsunamis, but they mount up, they matter, and they ease the pain and confusion in this world. They ease the loneliness many carry, and they say, subtly perhaps – we are all in this together – we are one.

So please, go be that shining light. Help heal the world with love.
